Newly decorated room and staff is always very pleasant and super-friendly.
It is a lovely base for a couple of nights. The hotel offers fantastic and astonishing breakfast with sausage and lack of welcome, as example. The location is lovely and stunning, in the pub in the evening.

Absolutely gorgeous remote location close enough to the pub in the evening, an unspoiled Devon beach and estuary and sands. We were upgraded to superior triple room with bunk beds on check in.

The room was nice, spacious, and had a great view. Bed was comfy, really enjoyed the decor. Only downside was the shower decor seemed a bit tired, but it worked fine. Clean and well presented overall.

The Sloop Inn offered a charming atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. While our room was clean and cozy, the parking situation was frustrating, as we struggled to find a space nearby. A lovely spot, but plan for parking ahead of time.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed a trip to the nearby beach and went hiking in the fine countryside. The room was comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky, so arrive early. Great vibes and good times with my crew!
The only downside was the service during dinner. It felt a bit off. The wait staff didn't handle a meal issue well, disappointing.

Really good Dining Experience After a Coastal Walk
After a damp coastal walk, we enjoyed a good lunch with friends. Each dish was superb, from the generous fish and chips to the amazing vegetarian chili. Friendly staff. Future guests should try the seafood salad for a real treat!

The location is fantastic if you love coastal walks, and it's just a short stroll from the beach. The small double room was cozy, and the food was really good, especially the breakfast served between 9-9.30am. The inn has so much character and is very dog-friendly!
